These terms of use ("Terms of Use") govern your relationship with the http://www.biolinks.info website (is a Web Solution jog690 S.r.l. website).

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our website and subsequent mobile application (the "Service"). Your access and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. 

If you do not agree to all or any part of these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the password you use to access the Service. All activities and actions are protected under this password. You agree not to disclose the password to any third party. If you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

You may not use the name of another person, organization or brand as a username or biolink without proper authorization. In addition, you are prohibited from using offensive, vulgar or obscene names for the Account or for the Biolink.

Termination

If you terminate your account, you may simply discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately terminates.

If you violate the Terms of Service, we may immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice.

If applicable law requires termination or cancellation, we may provide notice in advance or after the fact by sending a notice to the email address you have entered into our system.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising from any suspension, cancellation or other action taken in connection therewith. 

After termination, all provisions of the Terms of Service will continue to be active and in effect.

If the Service is terminated during the Term, you will forfeit any right to a refund of services already paid for and no longer available for use.

Compensation

As a condition of your access to and use of the Service, you agree to indemnify us against all damages, costs, expenses and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees and disbursements, arising out of any claim or relating to your access to and use of the Service or your breach of these Terms and applicable law or the rights of any other person or party.

This indemnification section will survive the expiration of your registration and will apply to claims arising both before and after the termination of your registration.

Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed periodically in advance ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription you select when purchasing a subscription. Subscription can be booked with a one-time payment without renewal of the term or with an automatic renewal. 

In case of automatic renewal, the subscription is automatically renewed under the same conditions. The exception of automatic renewal is when you or Websolution jog690 S.r.l. cancels the subscription. 

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. For the payment the service of paypal.com and stripe.com is used. For more information about the two providers, please click on the two links.

Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics

The use of Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics in your Subscription->Campaign->Biolink is at your own risk and Websolution JOG690 S.r.l. assumes no liability in case of use on your part. If you are allowed to use Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics, you must check with the regulations in your country (data protection) and your data protection officer. 

Fee changes

Websolution jog690 S.r.l. may change the Subscription Fees for the Subscriptions at its sole discretion at any time. Any change in the subscription fee will be effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Changes in Subscription Fees will be communicated to you in a timely manner so that you may cancel your Subscription prior to any such change. Failure to cancel and continue to use the Service after a price change takes effect will constitute your agreement to pay the changed amount.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information and content, such as text, graphics, videos, links. You are responsible for all Content that you submit to the Service.

You grant us the right and license to upload, submit, post, share, link, etc., your content you submit to our biolinks.info site, to use, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content on and through the Service. You are responsible for protecting those rights and retain all of your rights in any Content you submit, post, upload or display through the Service.

You represent and warrant that: 

you have the right to use the Content or the Content belongs to you and grant us the right and license as provided in our Terms; and

uploading, sending or posting the Content on or through the Service does not violate any contract rights, privacy rights, copyrights, publicity rights or other rights of any organization or person.

We provide biolinks.info merely as a passive conduit for you to view and distribute user-generated content on the Service. Further, you acknowledge that our Service functions for such distribution and we have no obligation or liability with respect to any Content or activity on the Service.

Prohibited Content: 

Our Service does not permit its users to link to or upload or share images, text that relate to the following:

• illegal drugs or other illegal substances
• pornography, nudity 
• violence, hatred, racism, bullying
• scam websites
• phishing software, malware, viruses, etc.
• or other illegal materials.

Accounts that violate these rules will be banned without prior notice. 

Limitation of Liability

You agree that we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. 

In no event will we be liable for any damages whatsoever (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, privacy, data, or other economic advantage), whether in tort or contract. 

You are solely responsible for adequate security protection and backup of your data used in connection with your use of the Service and make no claim for loss of data, recovery of data, work delays or resulting lost profits from use of the Service. 

Without limiting the foregoing, in no event will our total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you to us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Timisoara, Romania.
